No, we do not sell our lumber for commercial projects. Genuine POLYWOOD™ lumber is produced exclusively for our manufactured furniture and is not available for sale in board form or as raw dimensional lumber.
Yes, our furniture is designed to withstand harsh climates and frequent use in high-traffic outdoor areas.
While we do not offer custom pieces, our extensive selection of furniture styles in various colors and finishes meets the diverse needs of hospitality projects.

Surface mounting is supported under our commercial warranty when installed using proper techniques, including the use of stainless steel hardware and pilot holes. For details, refer to our full warranty policy.
To ensure full compliance and reliability, we test our furniture to BIFMA commercial requirements, UV test our lumber for color fastness, and salt spray test our stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance.
Our furniture easily accommodates commercial cleaning protocols. However, we advise against using harsh chemicals or abrasive tools, as these can mar the appearance of the lumber.
When applying for our Commercial Program, you will be given the option to apply for tax exemption. Please have the necessary documentation prepared when completing your application.
