POLYWOOD stands behind the quality and durability of our furniture. Warranty coverage for commercial purchases is governed by the POLYWOOD Commercial Warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To request service under warranty:

  1. Review the Commercial Warranty document to confirm coverage.
  2. Gather required documentation, including proof of purchase, product serial numbers, and photos of the issue.
  3. Submit a warranty claim using the link below.

Submit a Warranty Claim

Once submitted, claims are reviewed in accordance with the Commercial Warranty. If approved, POLYWOOD may send replacement parts, replace the unit entirely, or otherwise resolve the issue as outlined in the warranty.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All warranty-related returns require an RMA prior to shipment or pickup. Items returned without authorization may be refused. Products must be returned within the timeframe provided once an RMA is issued.

Return Eligibility
  • Return requests must be submitted before returning the merchandise to POLYWOOD.
  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and properly packaged for return.
  • Original packaging is preferred. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate packaging.
Fees & Charges
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.
Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Complete this form linked below and select “Return Request” as the request type.
  2. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed for approval.
  3. If approved, an RMA and return instructions will be provided.
  4. The RMA must be clearly marked on all return shipments.

Shipping Method

Return shipments may be coordinated through POLYWOOD or arranged by the customer. Shipping details and carrier information will be provided once the return is approved.

Credits & Refunds
  • Refunds are issued after the returned items are picked up and inspected.
  • Refund amounts will be reduced by the applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Taxes will be refunded where applicable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment when possible. If unavailable, an alternative method such as a check may be used.
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If items arrive damaged or defective, notify POLYWOOD promptly and provide supporting documentation, including photos. These requests may be handled as warranty claims depending on the nature of the issue.
